The Resolution was adopted due to the Resolution of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine №4-рп/2008 of 1 April 2008.
Pursuant to the Resolution, an Interim Standing Orders of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is to be adopted to provide legislative regulation of organization and activity of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
The Committee on Rules of Parliamentary Procedure, Ethics and Support to Work of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine are to elaborate the Bill on the Standing Orders of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and submit it for parliamentary consideration.
A relevant Bill (Reg. No.2338) was registered in The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on 07.04.2008.
